SDSU, Creighton Will Attempt To Play Sunday

The South Dakota State baseball team will attempt to get two games in Sunday against Creighton. The twinbill in Omaha will begin at 1:00 pm, weather permitting.

The 22-15 Bluejays and 18-22 Jackrabbits had Friday's and Saturday's games postponed due to rain, and will try and salvage the weekend with the doubleheader Sunday.

All the play by play action will be carried by KBRK radio, with Tyler Merriam doing calling the action.

Rain Cancels Sunday Baseball, Softball

OMAHA, Neb. - Creighton's baseball and softball doubleheaders scheduled for Sunday afternoon have both been cancelled because of the persistent rain in the Omaha area.

Neither team was able to play any of its three scheduled contests this weekend, baseball against South Dakota State and softball against Missouri State. None of the games will be rescheduled. . . .



No baseball today.
