According to Zimmer, yes.

This is great news - even if the Summit just is a relatively short term stop on their journey to the MVC.

I'll note that the St. Thomas information listed all the Summit Schools, Except Fort Wayne.

Fort Wayne will be in Horizon by the time St. Thomas starts conference play.

I think eventually they'll wind up in the Big East with all of those other Catholic schools.
