thanks for the correction. dont wanna be spreading incorrect info. like i said I did not get to watch a lot and looked through lots of matches pretty quick. obviously my old brain misremembered. was he expected to dominate?

Cardinal with an interesting match to get his night kicked off. way to keep his composure in the third!!

WOW, I thought Tagg wrestled very well vs #2 PSU Bartlett
did an amazing job to avoid a TD in the first
in the second had a great shot and appeared ready to get the TD to go up 4-0. somehow ended up giving up the TD instead. dont know how Bartlett did pulled it off, but credit to him

bummer for Tagg, he wrestled really well

Tagg wrestled very well. And there was no comparison between the Tanner Jordan that wrestled tonight and the one who got dominated earlier in the day.

DeVos into the semifinals and his second AA. He'll go against O'Toole. Hamiti and PSU's Haines on the other side.

What a stacked bracket. Must feel great for Cade having top 6 locked up!

Terrible end to the season for Berge. Pinned by the 12 seed last night, and dominated 12-0 by the 22 seed today.

Looked hurt and slow today. Had a big knee brace on too. Think he got hurt in the loss yesterday

well i could DEFINITELY be wrong, but I am pretty sure I remember that brace being worn well before today. he looked fine this weekend until he got caught in a bad spot last night. whatever the thought or explanation, it is definitely a disappointing end of the season for him. hopefully he puts the disappointment to good use. wrestling / athletics like life is all about the response. failures, disappointments, and difficulties are guaranteed. where do you go from there is what it is all about

really just a horrible horrible morning for the whole program. Jordan and Glazier went out on OT sudden victory losses. almost all the other final matches were beatdowns. a far far different feeling than we had after Friday morning last year

Congratulations to Cade!! he is so easy to cheer for. seems like an absolutely awesome kid!! I dont know how you would even classify a match vs O Toole? i hope Cade just comes out going for it from the start. O Toole is more than a former champ, he is a NCAA legend and basically HOF level athlete. whatever someone puts the percentages at Cade only has to win once and there is absolutely no way to be disappointed with a loss

Cade did everythiing short of getting the win. FANTASTIC effort from him! would seem like a near guarantee to have to see Haines in order to get back to 3rd. if Cade does not let up after the loss, it seems like he is doing his best wrestling of the year right now and I think he could get it done

Disappointing to qualify 9 and only end up with one AA; especially with the number of returning AA’s.

Congrats to Cade, hopefully he can finish off a great tournament with a couple more wins.

Rhodes and Glazier were dinged up. And it sounds like Berge might have done something to a knee on Thursday night. Once you get past Cade, Tagg probably looked the best of anyone. Which wasn't what I expected going in.

Berge clearly wasn’t right. He got dominated on his feet in his last match. That never happens.
