  • Oklahoma St and Oklahoma Duals

The team is wrestling well and begins a tough weekend at #10 OSU tonight at 7pm CT. This will luckily be on ESPN+, so most of us will have a chance to watch what will hopefully be a great dual. Jacks have not been great against the blue-blood power of OSU and the opposing fans will be ruthless. To have a chance, Jacks need to hold the Cowboys to decisions, they need to score bonus points, and upsets must happen. OSU is on a 2 dual losing streak, so let's make it 3 and get over the hump with a team upset!
On Sunday at 3pm, the Jacks will finish their OK trip at #25 Oklahoma. The dual will be on Bally Sports Oklahoma, so I'm unsure how available this will be for most of us to watch. Does anyone know if this is available online through Bally Sports North? Jacks have a great chance to get a team win over another blue-blood. The Sooners are also on 2 loss skid, against the same opponents that OSU lost to last weekend. Let's cheer for a 2-0 week for the Jackrabbits and welcome them home next Friday with a big crowd! Get Jacked!

Jacks lose 29-6. They were unable to do any of the stuff I said they would need to do to win this dual. The Cowboys got the upsets and bonus points and won 8/10 matches. I was surprised by the low turnout of OSU fans. They usually love their wrestling team. Well, throw this one out and move onto the next one. Oklahoma will not be an easy dual, either.

Woof. One takedown in the first 8 matches. two total for the dual. If that wasn't domination, it was close to it.

That was two hours of my life I wouldn’t mind getting back. Even the two wins were very unimpressive. Sloan struggled with a backup from a lower weight class!

Could the long bus ride have had something to do with the poor performance?

Please let me know if I ever get to be too much of a homer on Flowrestling, I don’t want to sound as obnoxious as the guys on the call today.

Sloan beating #7 Woodley is huge. He's officially back to the old Sloan
