This year we are wrestling all of the Big 12 teams in duals. Last year we participated in the Cyclone open but didn't not have a dual against them. NDSU didn't wrestle several of the Big 12 teams. Will be interesting to see if it is a full round robin schedule this year for everyone so that there can be a true conference champion in the regular season.

Big 12 has a "thing" about round robin schedules in general . . . one of the major upsides of having a 10-school league (for revenue sports, anyway).

Making a virtue of necessity, I suppose. Or a necessity of virtue, depending on your outlook.
