4 Jacks on District all academic team

Four of the 12 individuals selected for the District All Academic Team selected by ESPN the Magazine are Jackrabbits. The only other school in the nation to place four players on a District all academic team was Ivy League member Columbia.

Congrats on a great academic year as well as a great athletic seasion.

I missed this thread initially (thanks for the notes, JackMD and Bluehatman) but read the story on GoJacks.com. I think it is very impressive how our athletes continue to be great students -- the best part of the new era at SDSU which started with the D-I move.

This "plug" could go in lots of other threads...but we need to appreciate how SDSU's coaching staff recruits such quality students to compete in our athletic programs. I'm as proud as I can be of the athletes' academic successes!
