Did Tyler say there was only 97 people in attendance?... and if so, is that counting the players/refs/cheerleaders/ ect...?

Dont know how to think the Jacks played, only 14 or so turnovers but a big rebounding edge. shot 50 percent but IUPUI shot about 52 percent. Ketty big night, aggressive play four girls in double figure scoring.

I was expecting a little bit of a bigger margin of victory but a win is a win. I feel we did not play as good as we could have while IUPUI played above their level. Good to see Ketty play like she did. Listening to the game it seems communication might be a problem causing the tournovers. Its not pressing D causing them to turn it over its missed passes and such. More communicating and concentration I feel could eliminate several TOs agame. Our the girls able to drive and kick out for 3s or are they just rotating? seems the team was more effective going inside out, then drive and kick out for 3s. Sounds like we are not doing that as much. I have yet to see a game on TV so its just what it sounds like on the radio. Nice to see a lot of post players being effective. Maria is going to need them to help keep fresh down the season and thats going to be huge for the team. Nice win ladies. Keep it up and lets get that confrence title again.

I think I heard on the radio broadcast that there was an announced crowd of 213, or something like that, but Tyler indicated the crowd was about half that. Wow. Makes you appreciate Frost Arena crowds. Congrats, Jacks, on the win. Playing in a gym in which you probably could hear someone slurp a Coke and talk on a cell phone has got to be eerie.

I liked the fact that even though the game was a tight contest for the most part, the team managed to build up a big lead late in the game instead of playing not to lose. That's the sign of a confident team IMHO.....And we dominated the rebounding in the game.We seem to be the team everyone wants to beat in the Summit League, so i guess it's not so surprising that we'll get everyones best effort.

                    Re: Iupui gdt

SDSU has played some dog-ugly games against IUPUI. Last year's tournament game leaps to mind.
