Not even gonna worry bout spelling names as long as their close. Do it like my kids call their friends, Kyle H, Logan B, my kids, Kodi B, Wesley J. So on.

Maria Boever is a force inside today. More game time before the real season begins to hone their game, this team looks good. Expect to see more of the other ladies in the second half.

can't spell first names either Vanessa, who knew it had 2 s's.why can't they all be jill, sally jane or something easy like that

Looks like they grab a rebound now ,instead of tip it around til the other teams player comes up with it, a weakness they had last year i think

Steph,Tara,& Ashley played thier whole HS time playing against each other, now they're teamates on the same team, look out competition, after they get "seasoned" into Div 1 basketball of course,Macy,Allison, Vanessa played well,....gotta gel a little bit more before Gonzaga, but we're just about there now, I think.Inside game we'll have more hieght,Maria's really got some nifty moves,all the post's played well.AJ was pretty satisfied with the effort, but they'll probably be going over any weakness til they get it AJ perfect I assume.Really looks like another fun season.

Not a lot of size on the starting unit...wouldn't be surprised if either Dietel or Sunnaborg start before long with Jill coming off the bench. What Jill would bring to the floor as 6th lady would be something other teams just can't match. Regardless, we're 15 deep...I wonder who redshirts?

A bit interesting listening to the Jacks on the radio with ex-coach Laurie Melhum doing the color along with Tyler M. Has to be tough for Melhum to sit and watch right next to the bench and not be able to coach.

I also understand that she will be doing the color for many of the games this year. She should be able to bring a great perspective to the game with all the insight she has to the current players.

Good win against a fair NSIC team in Wayne State. They have a couple of players along with some size.

They played a bunch of zone which I am not to sure we will see much of this year.

I didn't listen to the game, but did they really play a lot of zone?

Try that in the regular season and the Jacks win by 60 points. Wayne should consider that 42 point beating a gift.
