Ditto. Baylor won the game with some help. Really a tough loss for fans to accept. Sometimes you learn more when you deal with adversity, it's just hard to recognize that when you put so much emotion and effort into it and the ultimate goal isn't realized. Or, maybe it is.....

Not sure where to put this, but as I am sitting here waiting for the last load of laundry to dry so I can pack my car tonight.... I was reflecting on what all has to happen and it dawned on me...

Know what the worst is... well not the WORST, but will definately be some serious salt in the wounds tomorrow....

I have to go sit next to the biggest blowhard, USD fan who thinks he knows EVERYTHING about women's basketball and that because USD played UND in a close game that SDSU is overrated....

I have seriously given this guy the the talk to the hand motion because he doesn't shut up, that is unless he is picking his nose, (I wish I were telling a lie)

He tried to tell me today that the only reason SDSU was winning was because USD chose not to play them and that were USD in the summit right now, they would be in the dance... Not us.

Somebody Please PLEASE save me tomorrow.. I leave for my conference as soon as my daughter gets out of school... that is 6.5 hours of torture....

before my 3.5 hours of sleep last night... that would have had about a 95 percent chance of happenening.. after my 3.5 hours of sleep that dropped to only about a 45 percent chance... Maybe one of the other reporters will trade desks with me today...

In all seriousness, I am going to go in this morning, write my two stories and leave... If I am short a few hours this week... I will deal...

I'd just ask him what their record is against DI teams.
They play 1 good game against a team that's overlooking them and he gets excited? I don't even know how many of their opponents are DI but I'm sure they didn't even win half of their games.

I have been writting from home this morning.. Ducking I know... I will go in and do the fine tuning on my stories and leave... THUS... limiting my exposure by 1/2 see using the noggin....
