I suggest everyone listening online to go to the contact us button at the bottom of the gojacks page and pass an email to jumptv tech support and tell them the probelm and let them know they suck
This live streaming via JumpTV has really sucked lately. Seems to me we pay good money for the video - simply to listen to audio of each game.

It also seems like there is nothing done to make sure everything works BEFORE the game starts. It's like they are behind the scenes assuming everythign works and scrable to get it working and they're lucky to get it fixed by halftime. How about being a little proactive and making sure thigns are working BEFORE the game starts. Okay, I'm done venting now. That felt good.
