SDSU vs. Valpo game to go on as schedule

Sunday’s women’s basketball game between No. 22 South Dakota State and Valparaiso remains on schedule to start at 2 p.m. at Frost Arena in Brookings.

Valparaiso made their flight to Omaha, and expects to arrive in Brookings tonight.

Should be a great game.

Well, there will be at least one more than normal for tomorrow. I left Lawrence at 5AM this morning so I could make sure I got back for the game! Granted I am in SF right now and didn't want to drive anymore in a whiteout, I will be in Brookings for my first game of the season. Looking forward to a good one.

His record vs SDSU 2-3. I am the biggest Coach Bohl fan alive.

We talked about making it up for the game but not sure I want to brave the weather with the kids in the vehicle. That's not very South Dakota of me but my wife has softened me over the years.

I'd be there but I'm on call. I think the weather will permit travel just need to plan ahead due to the extremely cold temps.

I was planning on going up, but will have to wait and see what the weather does. Wife asked if I was still going and told her I thought I would. She thinks I am crazy though...not because of tomorrow, but most everything!

I'm bringing the family tomorrow as well. The wife went to R.C. today and told be to clean house while watching the kids and we will go. Well I only have the family room and downstairs bathroom left. Go Jacks.

Women are wonders at wrecking well laid plans. Too much of their rationalization of things wreck things for all men worldwide. (Heh heh)
You add in cold weather and they freak out.
