Top 25 ranking

No way we don't crack the ESPN/Coaches poll top 25, we could be has high as 22.

What about the AP poll? Both Minnesota and Gonzaga were receiving fewer votes than we were. I obviously think we deserve to be there. You would think the Big 10 and Big 12 AP guys will support us. Now the west coast guys should pay some attention. We still might not get enough votes to crack the AP poll.

For the AP poll it may depend on other losses; however ESPN had this game as one of the best of the week to watch, so that should get a little more attention on what we had done in our previous games. I think we could make it into both, but expect only the Coaches.

Prediction: Purdue or TCU, Oklahoma State, Minnesota drop out of Top 25, SDSU rated #23 in next poll.

nr Old Dominion - idle
nr Wisconsin - Beat N. Illinois, beat Wisc-Green Bay, idle

25 Kansas State - Beat Creighton, plays Texas-Arlington

AP Prediction:
Oklahoma State drops out of top 25, replaced by Georgia Tech or maybe Wisconsin. SDSU moves up to #3 or maybe #2 honorable mention. Or, some AP voters hop on the clue train and finally give SDSU credit for the win vs. Wisconsin, and jump the Rabbits over the Badgers, in which case we might sneak into the AP Top 25, probably at #25.
