One of the pressing issues for this team is the way they start a game. Either they come out very hot from the start, or the come out very cold from the start which frustrates the coaching staff. When the Jacks find that consistency , they look to be a dangerous team in all phases of the game.
"We've been a little bit up and down and inconsistent at times," says Melum. "One thing we've consistently done is been fairly tough and come out with some victories. We've had some extremely good spurts. And we've had some that have gotten us into a hole and had to battle back. You can't always rely on the idea that you're going to be able to battle back."
