Andrea had to be one of the greatest point guards SDSU has ever had. She had amazing handles and her ability to run the floor and lead the offense was one of the reasons SDSU Women's basketball has had so much success as of late. Andrea has set the bar for other point guards to come after her and I couldn't be happier that she has elected to continue her basketball career. We may yet see a Vogel - Verdegan reunion at the professional ranks and that would be well worth the price of admission all by itself.

Congrats Andrea, go show your new fans what Jackrabbit basketball is all about.
