I get the idea that the sportswriters in Louisiana aren't real fired up about the trip north.

SHREVEPORT – The Centenary women’s basketball team will travel to the Great White North of the United State this weekend. The Ladies play South Dakota State on Saturday and on Monday they go even further north to take on North Dakota State.

Yeah afterall we got 31 inches of snow in one storm the first week of March 1985. I missed it as I was on Spring Break in Daytona. Heard it was nasty though.

Pregame interview underway....

Emphasis is to keep defense rolling, and get opponent in trouble right away. Jacks have been outstanding in keeping opponents under 25 points for a half, and taking double digit leads into the locker room.

7 different ladies have been the leading scorer in a game throughout this season. Starters have been outscored by bench in two games.
