But I do know several things. We're 5-1, gave George Washington all they could handle (and just a tiny break would have been 6-0), Jenn and Laura will be back on the practice floor next week, although Jenn's uncle said that she has to be able to run on the treadmill for 15 minutes without hurting before she gets the nod (and she was just doing 10 before she left -- but the x-rays all looked good.) And Stacie should get the boot off next week, and be back by the end of the month when we start league play.

Great news for the Jacks. I don't suspect the rest of the teams on our schedule feel the same way. It will take a game or two before they are back in the flow of things. Excellent opportunity for the other players like Morgan, Alison, Macie and Kristin to get some quality playing time and floor experience. Don't learn much setting on the bench. Really happy for the program but mostly for the three injured players.

Go big, Go blue, Go Jacks

You're right on target chains! The missing trio has meant that our other younger players have gotten some major playing time, which will definitely benefit us in the games ahead. We might have gone 6-0 instead of 5-1, and surely would have wanted all three playing, but since they aren't, there are some plusses for recent games.

BTW, I'm very impressed with Morgan Meiers' improvement. She has seen some major playing time, and is possibly one of our best defensive players. She did a great job in both games in Washington when she had her time on the floor.
