39-31 Jacks. Fun half of basketball to watch, we've got some great young players. Amazing what we are doing without Warkenthien, Oistad, and Nielsen.

Michelson, Cornemann, and Rotert are almost all of the offense. Yes, they are all freshman and sophomores....

This team is deep I think they played around 10.... To nit pick they gave up to many post feeds considering they were undersized (maybe need to front the post).... Rotert started well slowed down in the second half.... Ketty played good I think she needs to take that jumper more often I watched her hit it all the time in high school so I know she can hit it and it will open up the lane for her to drive.... Shuttlofel(sp) is really impressing me I was told she was a bust and that AJ made a mistake recruiting her but shes been playing really well.... Again great game this team is better then last years team...

Just back from the game and it can be summed up by three things. Athleticism, athleticism, and more athleticism!

Still short three of our top players and we went out and dominated Missouri today. The intensity that our team had was outstanding. Defensive effort was relentless. Our depth was a huge factor today and we are short three players! Gonna be scary when they are back!

I just can't get over the fact that you never know where the points are going to come from. This game had it all. Everyone showed they can score and there isn't any one player you can isolate without paying a price. There are still a few too many mistakes but that is true of every team at this time of year.

Kristen Rotert, wow! She can do it all and is going to be a joy for four years. verdegan had a fantastic second half. Kornemann had the quietest 15-16 points I can remember. Boever looked good again. The freshman all showed a lot of talent.

This team is going to be a beast all season long for opoonents!

Just got back from the game a little bit ago. Wow, did we look good tonight. You can tell the freshman are getting more comfortable adjusting to the college game. Macie got her 2nd start and looks like she is more than comfortable playing the one and handling the ball. Rotert lit it up in the 1st half again - she sure is comfortable throwing it up from anywhere on the floor. If she gets in the groove for an entire game she is definitely capable of putting up big numbers. As a team, our defense was great and our intensity even better. We had a lot of opportunities created from our hustle.

Missouri was pretty athletic and we were outsized again. I was hoping to see that Missouri was picked towards the top of the Big 12 but I was disappointed to see they are picked to finish last (http://www.big12sports.com/sports/w-...101207aaa.html). Although beating a Big 12 team by 15 points feels good any day.

Most promising is how the team is showing improvement each game, especially the freshman. We are playing this well with three girls in street clothes!!!

Oh yeah...the recruiting class AJ and staff signed this week...me likey!
