UConn just blew out everyone, no matter what seed, no matter what rank, we just had the misfortune to have to play them in the 2nd rd.

You have to laugh about the SDSU
fans complaining about "too many SDSU turnovers!!!" or literally anything else the Jacks struggled with, now seeing UCONN leading South Carolina by 32 with 4:00 to go. Were we behind by 32 at that point?!?!?
for one final time, we were UNQUESTIONABLY very under seeded at 10. it is at least arguable that we would have been the best 7 seed. had we been seeded properly we would have never faced the best 2 in round 2
that all said, a round 2 win is a HUGE task. I still believe the best path to winning two games is to be a 12 seed and we might be too good to ever get a 12 seed. with the current system, it seems like we will have to be undefeated or very close to EVER hope we could get the five seed, let alone get a 4 seed and host games in Frost
This years group of girls had an incredible season and that is all I really need to say. BUT, i do find myself wondering did we lead UConn by more than any other team in the tourney? i watched a lot of their games but i definitely did not watch every minute, so I am not sure.
at one point i know we were ahead by at least 7. in their next game, I DO think they trailed OU but I dont know if they ever trailed by 7 or more. as far as I know, I am not sure they were ever down by more than a single score in any other game beyond ours and OU.
also we did outrebound them, which I did point out after the game. obviously, it is not like there is some reward for that or something, but it is not nothing. USC is the only other tourney team that did that, and they have WAY more size than UConn.
