Announcer: “Jackrabbits with the upset”. Wrong. Better team won.

the woman with the short curly hair, I swear she refs 90% of our games no matter where we play. i am sure I could be wrong but I swear she reffed us in Hawaii and in Connecticut and everywhere between. and she is terrible no matter where we play

I know Paige ended up with some nice stats but i have not looked at the box. she had plenty of TOs whether they credited them or not? we need her to play much cleaner if we want to even be competitive in the next one.

announcers talked a lot today about Paige and Brooklyn and I did think Brooklyn was huge in the 3rd Q
but Hallie was huge keeping us in it in the first half and Maddie M was the difference in the second half. she played FANTASTIC!!!

I knew it. I was watching, we didn't play well. I went and did some yard work, got a victory. I guess I'll have to plan something for Monday night, too.

She handled things pretty well considering that she hasn't seen game action in almost a month.

Very true. A few incidents early on that indicated she had some rust to shake off. One drive in particular in the 1st or 2nd where the OSU player just kinda drove right by her (and I was surprised by it since it look like she got her ankles broken a little / was a step late) followed by getting a ball when she wasn't expecting it. Very good lockdown defense on one of those later first half plays, too. Glad that 3 fell for her when it did. That play in particular they gave her so much space due to attention on Brooklyn

Other than another great win for the program and players, an extra $250,000 for the league with the 2nd game, an extra $10k for AJ, etc nice news about this is it's likely the AP pollers will remember this one when it comes to next year's preseason poll

It's been a productive day for Paige Meyer's family. Her brother's Albany team just won the Minnesota Class AA State championship in Williams Arena.

We will be playing on House money against UConn, every win now is just gravy, we've already proved we belonged in the Tourney with our performance in this first round . If we stay reasonably close with the Huskies, the pressures on them I would think. We win even with missing layups and easy put backs we should have made, I'm always amazed by that, but now I just figure nothing phases these Jacks and they find the way to win. I've always wondered how we'd fare against UConn, now we can find out. Glad the Seniors are getting a good Tournament and hope it continues.

I'd be very interested to see how it'd play out on neutral site. Nevertheless, game will be at 7pm CT tomorrow on ESPN. Should be a ratings boon if the Fighting Mulkeys' antics during preceding game don't scare viewers off.

Winner will play the winner of Iowa vs. Oklahoma

A new twist for the Jackrabbits was in the Argus Sports Extra this morning. The headline stated "10th-seeded North Dakota State rallies to win." The article had correct information for the story.

Not to pile on, but situations like that are another reason why I don't regret InForum/Mitchell Republic/SF Live subscriptions instead of Argus Leader
