It was a rugby match for the Mavs. What they lacked in talent, they made up for in punches. They went from physical to cheap shots.

I don't think the Summit wants to send the Conference Rep, whoever it is, with one of their top players missing on the team due to a broken jaw due to Conference play during their Conference tournament , and that body shot should be reserved for football rather than basketball. The refs should be more concerned with chippy play than very light minimal contact fouls that hardly, if at all, effect the play and definitely do not effect, the players. JMO

I am really impressed with how the Jacks played their 1st game and am confident we will probably see more of the same during the SLT. Great job ladies, keep it going !!
