  • GDT: Roos vs Jackrabbits 7pm Frost Arena Midco2/SLN

HC Jackson-Durrett continues to work on her lineup this year. She has had 11 different starters in conference play. They come to Frost without a road win in conference. The Roos shoot 42% from the field with 28% from 3pt. They take 21% of their shots from deep. 6'2" Gr Ikwachukwu is the shot blocker for the Roos, She had 5 against UND. The Jackrabbits should notch this win if they continue to play each possession very hard while each player seems to improve each game. There should be no road victory for the Roos. Go Jacks!!
Best to remember these are kids and they are doing everything they can to entertain us, be scholars, and all in all be great humans. Jackedforlife

At this point, Brooklyn Meyer is clearly the Summit POY. Unstoppable.

USD loses to Omaha in Verm (ouch). NDSU down at the half to ORU in Fargo. The gap between us and the rest of the conference is widening.

This isn’t our best performance even though we are still up double digits. Just not a great flow offensively at times and we gave up quite a few points in the 3rd qtr while sticking to zone.

Nielsen played for the last minute or two. Guessing she isn’t anywhere close to ready for more meaningful minutes yet but giving Mesa and Brooklyn a break would be nice.

To me it seemed like our zone defense affected our offense. Our zone really forced KC deep into the shot clock and therefore slowing the game and limiting the number of possessions. The "slower" game pace seemed to rub off on us on the offensive end where couldn't really get into a rhythm or flow like you said.
