  • GDT: SDSU vs NAU 7pm Findlay Toyota Court ESPN+

This is a first meeting for these teams. NAU has its best start ever at 9-3. They have losses at Oregon, Arizona, & UNLV. They are led by 7th year HC Loree Payne. She has turned the program around to where they are the media choice to finish first in the BSC. The team features sophomore 6'2" Glancey who leads in scoring and rebounds. 6' 5th year Rodabaugh who is the NAU 3pt all-time leader shoots 39% from deep. Montana State transfer Beattie is the third double figure shooter. The other Montana State transfer, Beasley, averages 9.3. The Lumberjacks average 80 points. The Jackrabbits will need to change that outcome to win this game. Go Jacks!!
Best to remember these are kids and they are doing everything they can to entertain us, be scholars, and all in all be great humans. Jackedforlife

High scoring first quarter. NAU is very good. AJ has said they could win the Summit.

Jacks hanging in there with a good NAU team. Starters playing a lot of minutes, hopefully they don't get worn down.

Colbeck with some good minutes. She looks a lot more comfortable playing on a wing with Paige playing the point.

NAU is really impressive. So far, so good for SDSU but this pace will not likely be kind to a team with limited depth.

Jacks have missed at least 4 shots right at the rim.

Most of them were Nelson, great looks that she has to make.

Entertaining half. Both teams playing very well. Great to see Paige get back in a scoring groove and other players get involved. The pace and altitude worries me as NAU plays very fast.

Hopp is definitely not afraid to take it to the basket.

Bad final minute of the quarter for the Jacks. NAU 3 point shooting is bordering on ridiculous.

Jacks playing well but NAU cannot miss from deep this half. Depth and pace playing a role too at this point in the game.

Beginning of the stats looked pretty good, shooting well, but then they started showing the the upper hand about midway down , most notably TO's, pts off TO's , off rebounds, 2nd chance pts, fast break pts, steals, assists, they had the more complete game going.

Overtime! Unreal comeback. Effort by the Jacks has been absolutely tremendous. Lots of hustle plays. This is the grittiest team we’ve had in quite sometime.

Hell of a comeback by the Jacks. Looked dead in the water midway through the 4th. Headed to OT.
