Tori provided some much needed offense down the stretch with some crafty post moves. Not sure why we don't take advantage of that more often.

i was just getting ready to write that we need to see more of this aggressiveness from Tori taking the ball to the hole.

i dont have any info. so maybe you are right?? maybe the offense is focused in other places, obviously she is not option number 1, but i really do not think she has EVER been discouraged from looking for her offense. obviously she is having a very down year from 3, compared to previous production, like basically everyone minus a couple, but as i watch, i just think she has not been aggressive enough. not looking for chances to take her defender off the dribble

i dont think they discourage her from being aggressive. it seems like she could attack the rim very similarly to the way timmer does. ANYWAY very nice game by Tori!!! nice to see

i did not see beginning of the game or hear pregame. it seemed like quite a few players played less minutes than normal. did Maddie M play at all? i did not see her in the second half.

also i dont think Brooklyn M played in the 4th Q

Lots of minutes in the second half with Dru and Paige on the floor together. that will obviously impact minutes for the other guards. it almost looked like the second half guard rotation was Dru, Paige, Timmer, and maddie V, with 3 of the 4 on the floor quite a bit

Seems like they have her hanging out in the corner a lot. When she has a physical advantage like today, they need to clear things out inside, and post her up.

i do agree they have not had her in the post much this year. but i would also say that her scoring in the second half today came from driving into the paint, as opposed to post ups.

i would say that in the past the jacks have done more posting up with whatever player they believed had a mismatch. i remember them specifically posting up megan waytashek and macy miller. we have seen a bit of that this year. i recall timmer being posted up a few times and i feel like we have seen both the freshman guards, maddie v, and tori posted up less than a handful of times

but it DOES seem like the focus in the post has been much more going to the actual post players. in recent games the huge majority of post touches have gone to paiton and kallie, even myah is getting a relatively small amount of actual post up touches
