We just need a few shots to start falling. That will slow down their transition offense and make them play more 1/2 court offense.

Out scored every quarter so far (2). We need to win a quarter, preferably two , if we want to win the game.

If we can shoot another 16 to 18 free throws this quarter I like our chances.

ORU definitely has the quickness advantage.

ORU is impressive. I haven’t seen a high quality Summit League game like this in ages against someone that wasn’t USD. They’re going to give us a run for our money in March.

If Paige Meyer wasn’t back, we lose that game. She is special. We cannot play like this anymore though. Our starters are better than this.

Well, until Jack's can consistently shoot outside, every game could be like this.. people will start packing the lane

Don’t know if they’re typically that good from three. If they are, then they’re for real.

Thought they said they were under 30 for the season.

I looked up our 3 pt shooting to see where we are for the season, #215 shooting 29.44 %, to my surprise, ORU is #265 shooting 27.44%. Somehow in this game they shoot 38% and we shoot 15%. Go figure. AJ's got his work cutout to do.Thankful we pulled this one out.

Their SOS was impressive. Their 3 pt shooting will go up in conference play. I thought ours would too but tonight wasn’t super promising.

ORU bigs won't shoot like that again next game. Also it will help that AJ and staff has seen them in person. They will make some adjustments to stop that dribble drive.

TImmer made some big defensive plays and great to have Meyer back. Need her energy and toughness.

I still find it hard to figure out why both the men's and women's teams have gone from being at the top of three point % in the country a year ago to being below average this season. It's a little easier to explain the men after losing Baylor, who shot a high % and created open looks for others. But the women really puzzle me.
