Nesheim has always been dressed. I just think AJ underestimated her. She shows about the most fight of anyone on this team as of now. Tori and Paiton seem just a click off, not bad, but maybe I am expecting too much. Paiton has had to battle some bigger post players thus far and myabe Tori is in a shooting slump?

Has there been any scuttle of any red shirt players this year?
Best to remember these are kids and they are doing everything they can to entertain us, be scholars, and all in all be great humans. Jackedforlife

With this season essentially not counting towards eligibility, there wouldn't seem to be a need for redshirts.

Definitely a fan of their format -- much easier to hear/understand the questions from the media rather than having to attempt to discern what's been asked based on coach/player responses.

She echoed what you stated regarding the Jacks' success against ranked teams and said the Jacks are "a good team ... they're a great team."

Might the nature of the media inquiries have influenced some of what you've interpreted as lack of respect from her? They were asking her about similarities between prior loss to Wake Forest and this one and specific questions about what contributed to this loss, so it wasn't like the media were praising the Jacks and she was refusing to do so.

Plus, the Jacks feed off being the "underdog" or "underrabbit" (as it were), right?

this schedule is grueling down the stretch, a game every 2 days, first two road games

No, she had an opportunity to frame her thoughts in her opening comments which did not give the Jacks any credit. Very different than say a Craig Smith who openly gives the other team credit rather than just what they did wrong. Easy to compliment the other team when you win.

As previously stated, she specifically indicated the Jacks are a good team ... they're a great team, so she gave credit.

I guess I don't see how you've gone from asserting she didn't give Jacks much respect to she didn't give ANY credit.

Not sure what Smith interview you're referring to, but hopefully there's a recognition that the format of the interviews from losses he had (e.g., during Summit Tourney) differed from this one. For instance, during this one he indeed praises the Jacks, but coaches almost universally do that during their "intro;" conversely, Mox's video began with her fielding a question about "what she saw" rather than her having 20-30 seconds to summarize her thoughts at the outset
