          yup, here's link: https://apnews.com/hub/ap-top-25-wom...ll-poll?week=3
The Associated Press women’s college basketball poll started on Nov. 25, 1976 with Delta State the first No. 1 team. The original poll was voted on by coaches and ranked only 20 teams before expanding to a Top 25 in the 1989-90 season. Philadelphia Inquirer writer Mel Greenberg started the poll and compiled it for the AP until it became a writers poll at the start of the 1994-95 season. The AP’s final poll is released right before the field for the NCAA Tournament is selected.

Charlie Creme just posted his updated round of 64 as of 12-8. Couple of interesting rankings:

            Missouri State 6
            Iowa State 7
            Gonzaga 7
            SDSU 8

I always find it interesting how slow these analysts are to adjust to a new reality from what they assumed to start the season. Despite victories over ISU and Gonzaga this pretense that these teams are still superior despite evidence to the contrary is interesting. It does go to show that AJ did a fine job is his offseason scheduling to get us games that come tournament time can be seen as positive victories for the panelists to use when seeding or determining an at-large birth. Just a lot of head scratching with how they seed teams.

Seems like uphill battle all the way, why we're so tough and resilient, nothing given to Jacks unless earned, certainly not pampered, without a doubt.

Well, considering the AP didn't vote us into the top 25 after the Sweet 16 run in 2018-19, I gotta say they must love us this year...

Almost sent Stanford packing until the last seconds of the game (2 seed?) in 2015-2016 in 2nd rd game, Ober, Ellie, Macy and crew...you know, we do all this w/out top ten recruiting classes like the p-5's get every year.....amazing, makes one wonder how it's even possible considering.....but we know the answer

I’m pretty sure the last AP poll of the year is right before the tournament starts. So it doesn’t give a poll after the tournament like the coaches poll and it has been 11 years or whatever that they have been ranked in the AP poll.

No surprise that after a rough week the Jacks fall out of the AP top 25. Still getting a few votes. Missouri St up to #20.

The Jacks sneak back into the Top 25 in the coaches both at #25 just behind Gonzaga #23 and Missouri State #24. They would be #29 in the AP poll.

Behind the two of three ranked teams we have already defeated....tells you a lot, those two losses hurt us, maybe one and we survive, two , no way. It's all water under the bridge, time to move on .
