  • GDT: SDSU Jackrabbits vs UND Fighting Hawks @ Denny Sanford Premier Center

Brewster brings the FHawks to Sioux Falls. I hope a basketball game breaks out rather than Roller Derby. We should expect some contact today. Great weather should not discourage crowd size or noise today. 2020 SLT will be underway. Enjoy! Go Jacks!!

Although the Sioux Falls sports media has proclaimed the Coyotes the greatest Summit League team of all time and all but given them the tournament trophy, there are still games to be played. It's time for the Jacks to step up just a little more and remind everyone which university has consistently had the best women's basketball program in the conference. It starts with beating the Fighting Hawks. Go, Jacks!

If SDSU is going to win this tournament, they have to shoot better. They arent going to be able to hold down USD like they are UND
-South Dakotan by birth, a Jackrabbit by choice.

The lack of being able to make shots this year is frustrating.

The officials are horrible both ways, this style of reffing ruins basketball. No calls favors UND, but they aren't very good.

Jacks look like crap, USD will beat them by 30 if they shoot like this.

Well, win by 29 and everyone's a "Debbie Downer", including me, but it just goes to show how much fans really want to see them play their best against USD, should both get by their semifinal opponents Mon. I just hope we don't put too much pressure on them for not having the offensive performance we expected this game....keep going ladies, one done, just two left !!!!

Good win and outstanding defense. The offense has been frustrating all year, the 3 pt percentage this game is very concerning.

On the other hand... the refs swallowing their whistles avoided us having to endure about 200 free throws. That first half in particular was full of potential calls on both ends.

As the whole world knows, offense has been limited all year and about 3 players are going to have one of those “shoot out of your mind” games if we are going to cut down any nets. Sometimes it happens.

A good start. A 29-point, no-doubt win against a tall but clutzy team. No style points are awarded, so I'm happy with the victory.
