06-07-08 Women's recruits

On the Bison board they were talking about recruits for the women's team and said three had committed to SDSU.  The link below lists them.  One is apparently  just a sophomore.

The Jacks also have committments from Maria Boever of Worthington and Ketty Corneman of Yankton. A player too keep our eyes on is Jill Young of Mitchell Christian. Some question the level of competition she is competing against, but even with that taken into account she is clearly a great player.

I believe Brookings has a few girls that A.J. has his eyes on! (Helsper & Moe I think)

Rabbit 74 -- just to set the record straight, Maria Boever of Worthington is the one listed on the Minnesota Preps board, and she WAS a sophomore when we got her committment, but she is a senior this year and will be on the Yellow and Blue squad next fall, along with the other recruits. Just a point of clarification.

Thanks for the clarification. The sooner the better for some one at the level of skill she apparently has.
