That one definitely brightened my day.

Megan has a tough road to hoe. She has to have a lot of favorables in the eyes of the Lynx before she even steps on the court. Now she just has to show she can be as good as some of the others on the roster.

I'm not smart enough to determine who will make the team and clearly Megan will have to beat the odds, but she has done that before. I would not bet against her if she continues to do all those intangibles that make her a unique player and person.

I think this is very short sighted on behalf of the Lynx and why there attendence will continue to plummet. I realize this is professional sports and not a popularity contest, however to have some local flavor on these types of teams would go a long way towards selling the product to the community. Can't imagine how there is not a role for a high energy player like Megan coming off the bench and a great role model to boot. They (Lynx) missed an opportunity to put a few more fans in the seats including this one.
