Thanx Filbert for the link....if you go to the message board on there, there is an interesting read regarding Trakh's (USC coach) decision to come up here and play us.

Well here is the new poll from this blog.

      http://story.scout.com/a.z?s=209&p=2&c=598260

Since SDSU lost to Ark. St. we dropped out of the poll.  Here is a quote commenting on us dropping from the poll.

DROPPED OUT: #19 Xavier, #21t Liberty, #21t Iowa, #21t Miami FL, $24t South Dakota State.

It was nice there for a minute for the Jackrabbits of South Dakota State, but then they went to Jonesboro and Arkansas State introduced them to the reality of Division I basketball. They've got a trip to Kansas coming up, and a win there might restore some luster, but I think that's about it for the top 25 this season.

I'm not too sure this person truely understands the SDSU women's program.  They must think that State is a flash in the pan.  They keep referencing SDSU when mentioning other teams quality victories or in this case defeats.

      23. Marquette (7-1) -- 36 (nr)

Marquette lost to Virginia, which lost to Liberty and South Dakota State. On the other hands, wins over Auburn, Xavier and Washington are impressive. And you know, the Golden Eagles beat Rice, which beat Texas A&M, so shouldn't Marquette be ahead of the Aggies?
SDSU will have its chance against Marquette in Brookings on New Year's Eve.  I would think that next week they can include the fact that Middle Tennessee had a good quality win over Georgia and dispite losing to SDSU earlier in the year, MTS may still warrant a top 25 billing in their poll.

      Go State!!! 8-) 8-) 8-)

Currently 6-2. With 6 more games in DEC. 4 should be wins (Thought that about Ark St also tho) Missouri & Marquette will be very tough games. We come out with double digits in wins at calendar EOY, then we should be back in the votes, especially if Mo, and Marquette are part of the wins. This Washington, DC Rabbit hopes that we sweep through the UBA schedule and go from there. I think 20+ wins this year is looking VERY MAKEABLE.
