The Jackrabbits bounce back from their game at the Gophers with a home match-up against Minnesota-Duluth. The Bulldogs enter the game 11-6 after a 60-59 squeaker over UNO in Omaha. Tipoff is scheduled for 7 p.m. at Frost. Hopefully, the weather will cooperate and we'll have a great turnout to welcome our team back after the big win today!

I'm a little disappointed by our showing thus far. UMD really shouldn't be hanging with our Jackrabbits. We need to use this last 3 minutes to stretch the lead. Its about effort.

Verdegan helping our run a little 33-27. I agree that they shouldn't be staying with us, especially with this being their 6th road game in a row. They seem to be out hustling us at times.

                    Re: Minnesota-Duluth

Decent run to end the half.  UMD shooting very well, may be a reflection of a lack of defensive intensity.  6 point lead at the half against a very average DII team is not too impressive.  Lets make sure no one remembers the halftime score by playing the second half like a quality DI team.  Starts on the defensive end.

I agree the defense is lacking some intensity.....
One good thing is our freshmen are really contributing.
