Am I the only one that doesn't know what being sent to the electric beach means?

I thought it was a slang thing like gave them a good ol boat race. Like "after that kerblasification let's head to the electric beach to give usd a good ol boat race". Well something to that effect. Maybe throw in a honey badger reference for good measure also.
