Nice adjustment by AJ as the zone has slowed them down. We aren’t rebounding real well out of it though. Thompson absolutely killing us this game umfortunately.

Jacks giving up a lot of offensive boards on missed 3 pointers. Long shots result in long rebounds - can't fault us too much as we've had good inside rebounding position on most of them.

FGC got its shooting touch back in last couple of minutes and knocked down a few clutch 3's. Nice near comeback by the Jacks, but that 14-point, first-half deficit was too much to overcome. Miller has 24, Guebert 22.

Agreed. Couldn’t stay in front of them in the man to man. That’s a very athletic aggressive team. Kudos to the girls for battling back.

China Dow is a beast. She went out and took that game over when we had a 4 point lead. Impressive.

The first quarter hole did too much damage. You aren’t going to win in this gym without being nearly perfect. The announcer mentioned that “only UCONN is as good at home”. Hopefully we get a return game at Frost. It’s great to play these high-powered mid-major teams.

Thompson and Larson needed to use their height to offset the athletic advantage, and they both came up small.
