GW played their first game on the road Princeton and they were defeated 72-52. They may be down some from last year's 20-10 team which tied for the A10 conference title with 13-3 record. The early call is for GW to finish 6th in the 14 team conference. GW has an impressive home record for the women with only 5 losses in 41 games over the past 3 years. The Princeton game had the Colonials shooting 33% from the field with 23% from the 3 pt line. Those stats are likely to improve on the home court. Hopefully the Jackrabbits slept well on the trip to Washington DC and they pick up where they were during the 3rd quarter against NJIT. This should be the first victory on the road for the women. Go Jacks!!

It's a good thing there is a little scoreboard over in the corner of the arena.
It's pretty evident that AJ is settling on 9 primary players. No sign of the Sydneys yet. Irwin sure is a scoring boost off the bench.Comment
