She works so incredibly hard to get open, you just about have to get her the ball. Looks like she's well respected ,as soon as she touches the ball, everyone on the defense converges on her. She's got really quick movement, I think she uses her quickness very well, and uses the backboard very well also. Another thing, she dishes the ball if she can when someone has a better shot , a team first player , like her willingness to do that, will be a great teammate . Also plays equally well on defense. What's not to like, still has her summer and senior year left, kind of wish she could have worked with Paiton and Miah , but she's just a little too young for that and she'll have great teammates none the less. Ricgraeber (a guest commenter) is correct - Tylee Irwin won the ND Gatorade POY in 2017. So, the Jacks have FIVE on roster for 2021-22.

Bella Swedlund has verballed University of Kansas. I don't really see any mentions where the SD schools were even considerations, so don't know if she was actually even getting offers from them.Comment

Summer AAU completed. At North Tartan, Nike Nationals in Augusta, GA, found the 2022's (17U) finishing 3-2 in the field of 24 Nike GEYBL teams. Ellie Colbert was injured (DNP), as were other teammates.
But Madison Mathiowetz did well in five games with 44-pts, at 51.7% on 15 of 29, including 4 of 9 from three point range. Very active player on defense.
