GDT: SDSU Jackrabbits vs ORU Golden Eagles

ORU seems to be the most unpredictable team in the league. They lose to Denver at home and less than 10 days later they beat IUPUI. They have beaten Oklahoma and Arkansas on the road earlier in the season. Martianez is a very good player for the Golden Eagles. She was held to 7 points and 6 rebounds in the first meeting. Injuries may be plaguing ORU since Gilbert(starter) and one of the Beatty sisters(starter) has missed a few games since SDSU. The last game ORU played against IUPUI only found 28 minutes from the bench. ORU will not want to speed the game up at all tonight. The Jackrabbits should be able to tire these birds and get the home win. Go Jacks!!

We can't afford to have much of a post rivalry game letdown against a team capable of beating Oklahoma. Hit them hard early and keep the Frost Arena magic rolling.

WIU looked very good in the second half against NDSU tonight. It would be good to stay ahead of them in the standings.

Mercilessly bludgeoning your opponent is a decent way to open up the home stretch to the Summit Tourney. Jacks allow only 2 FG and force 7 turnovers. Lead 21-6. I'm not so worried about a letdown anymore.
