Jackrabbits take on the 8-2 Cardinals. The Cardinals are currently #8 in the polls with losses to Maryland and South Carolina. This will be a tall order to grab a win on the road. Louisville shoots almost 45% from the field with many of those shots coming inside the arc. They only shoot about 33% from long range. The sophomore guard Durr takes many of those shots as she is 39-87(45%) from 3 pt. That would also be 45% of the team's shots. The Cardinals shoot 62% from the free throw line. That is their biggest liability. There are 10 players averaging 10 or more minutes per game. There could be a large crowd to watch tonight. The Cardinals are averaging 8737 for home games. This is a much different game than it would have been with Miller. Hopefully somehow it will help out with the development of players like Tracy, Flaata and Viso but they might just be in over their heads tonight. Stay healthy and hope for a little luck - or maybe a LOT of luck.

W Ky just gave them all they wanted at their place (Louisville) and lost by 7,led much of the game ,even late in the game.No one will be shocked if we lose,they will if we win however.I give us a slight outside chance,mainly want to see the team come together though, and play well.Hope the bench can hit some of their shots today.

Bench points are now a factor that needs to improve. we have 15 points that will need to be picked up. alexander may grab a few as the starter, the 15 points needs to arrive. I believe the defense will be close with Miller gone. It still will not be an athletic 6' 0" guard, but the defense should be OK. It will be the need for a guard to drive the ball to the lane and get the penetration into the defense that Miller could do anytime she wanted.

WTF Do these schools or media companies do their work. Using the South Dakota Coyotes on the tv scoreboard instead of the Jackrabbits one on the tv broadcast.

Alexander needs to move the ball - nothing good is going to happen when you dribble for 15 seconds around the top of the key.
