USD clinches a top 2 seed. SDSU needs 1 win or and IUPUI loss to clinch a top 2 seed.

Well,we are right there with USD, just can't seem to get over the hump with them. Hopefully, it's "third time's the charm". Too many 9 pt deficits to overcome....we let a big one get away at Frost, now it keeps hurting. Live and learn.

Darn. But, it's that kind of competition that the League needs to get more than one into the tourney although USD's consistency isn't there yet. There's a strong probability there will be a big dropoff for USD next season because they lose some good seniors.

Agreed. It's not like our woman can't beat USD, but we will have to play a good game to do it. I'm thinking the 70/30 Blue to Red ratio at the SLT will be what's needed to get us the W over them in a couple weeks.

You have to tip the cap to them. They are a senior-led team and have been through a lot of battles. It will be tough to beat them but we have the talent to do it. I'm thinking it will be 80/20 Blue to Red in the Denny.

For whatever reason the Jacks seem to play tight against USD. Part of that gets credited to USD and part of it is a mindset they have to change. We play fast and loose when playing these top programs like Notre Dame but tighten up when it is a closer matchup.
