Jacks with a respectable showing for only shooting 33%.

ND shot 46%.

Macy led the Jacks with 23 points.

Not in our favor, but you can see that they belong at this level. I wouldn't criticize our post play, cause they were playing against some of the very best.

Very respectable performance. From what I saw (I was trying to watch/listen to 3 games at once) we had some opportunities inside that we needed to convert to really press a team as good as ND, but still super proud of this team. Most teams in the ACC will be ran out of the building by the Fighting Irish.

Most teams in the country not just the ACC.

ND coach is a class act, took the microphone after the game and thanked the crowd for a great atmosphere and said it was a great day for women's basketball. She went on about it in the post game interview too.

I think it's arrogant. Imagine Aaron doing that in South Bend?

Completely disagree. Arrogant is thinking you're too good to play decent mid major teams, let alone at their place. She didn't have to take the mic and she sure the hell didn't do it to try to say how awesome they were or talk down to us.

Trying to flip the script is really reaching for something to be upset about.

I was at the game, I thought the coach saying it was a great day in women's basketball because of how well the Jacks played and how good the crowd was not arrogant at all. I was shocked she said anything

Come on now. SDSU isn't a major school ranked #3 in the country with a ton of basketball history. They aren't comparable at all

The coach said this before the game, she isn't arrogant at all, "“I think it is a tough arena to play in, but I like that. We need to be tested in road games and by hostile road crowds. We need to use that to gain experience for what we might see in March."

We need to get deeper and more athletic at the 4 and 5 to compete with teams like ND. Gabby has had to play at the 4 for two games in a row. That might work in the Summit, but not against this level of competition.
