UMary is coming off a 36-59 loss in an exhibition game against Dickinson State. They were picked 11th in the NSIC preseason poll.

The question for this game is will the Jacks hit the triple digit mark? and how much does SDSU win by? 40? 50?

Will there be any new rotations vs. last week? There were a couple of players we did not see until late in the game. Will the 3 person rotation at post continue to be balanced for time as well? Flaata found a couple of steals last week that she should have converted as layups. She was showing a bit more speed on the floor. She was much improved with movement & more confident. Mieras also showed some good hustle at the post. It could get ugly for the Marauders early if the defense clamps down hard.

Guebert was 5-8 from 3 and ended with 16 points
Thompson led the scoring with 18 points
Ober had 9 rebounds

As a team the Jacks shot 10-26 (38%) from 3 and only 5-10 from the foul line

This game was well, probably not even a good practice but thru the first 2 games I like the change to quarters from halves. Along with the change with fouls and free throws we are getting the games done much faster with better flow!

Only 19 free throws between the 2 teams is amazing.
