Stevens continues to impress - she needs to see more minutes. And Corneman after not playing much for weeks came off the bench for some quality time.

She (Cornemann) hit a big shot if i remember too!
Agree,Chynna playing well,not your typical timid freshman,plays with confidence.

Our women had a terrible memory about shooting down low. Kelly had 8(EIGHT) blocks tonight. This 6'4" post had some length. We need to figure out quicker that the big girl can stuff you. The last part of the first half the zone confused our team more than it should. The second half brought out the defense from the Jackrabbits that turned the game around. Kelly and House still accumulated some points at a slower pace and missed more shots than the first half. The Mavs went from 50% in the first half to 40% in the second half. House can put the ball up from anywhere. Rebounding was a key to the win as the Jacks win that by 12(7 on the offensive). It was a bit ugly, but it was decisive.

Might be closer to 1000. Few students.

You really didnt think there would be 800 students at the game, did you? 1739 was the attendance. Your guess of 1800 was good.

Quite a few people showed in first 5 minutes of game. They also had recognition of student athletes at halftime. Some students showed a bit late as well.
