  • NDSU gdt

I have to work til 5:00. That leaves me just enough time to go home, change into my SDSU shirt, and meet my son at the BSA for the game. GO JACKS!

The Jacks should handle an injury depleted Bison squad. Of course they will play the game. The Jacks ought to be able to continue the polish for their game.. If they play ugly, it makes the tournament more scary since there a couple of teams that will require solid play to get through the 3 wins needed in Sioux Falls. The Bison have had a couple of years of tough injuries(illness) to important pieces of their lineup. The Bison honor their seniors after the game similar to what the Jack men did this year. 70+ points would be great to have the Jacks score tonight.

Hope the Jacks get the opportunity for some really balanced minutes and scoring tonight. Should be able to totally dominate this depleted Bison team. Always amazed given how the Jacks dominate the Bison women, that Bison are a middle of the pack Summit team.

Summit league womens basketball is a mystery. We struggled this year with iupui but usd handeled them with ease. We beat up others team who took it to usd. Ndsu is good but struggles a lot in games with sdsu.

True. That will make the Tournament pretty unpredictable. I'd say that SDSU is the only team that is a relatively safe bet to make it to the finals but we came very close to losing to KC (currently the #7 seed) and IPFW (currently #4). We won those two games by a combined 3 points! I'm just glad that we won't have to see IUPUI until the final, and they will probably have to go through USD to get to us.

USD has owned IUPUI but has losses to four teams that will be seeded 4-8. They could probably just as easily fall in the first round as make the championship game. It will be interesting.

All I know is it impossible to predict any upsets but they always happen both mens and womens sides.

The Roos have locked up the #7 seed. Lose by 27 @ Omaha.

Game two is set for saturday then. IUPUI gets KC. IUPUI beat KC twice this year, but one win was only 47-46.

SDSU can score at will in the paint against the shorter Bison

We've caught fire from downtown now, too. Walters hits a three.
