  • Iupui wbb-gdt

This is a game that could be a statement game since a win here would widen the lead for the #1 seed. It is not a must win, but it would certainly be a punctuation mark going into the tournament. Jackrabbits should be closer to 70 points than 55 tonight.

I'll be shocked if either team gets to 70. These are the best two defensive teams in the conference.

The Jacks had a horrible shooting % during the first game. It was like 10% from 3 pt line. This might change even though the Jags will try to cut possessions. If Katie gets some touches and some fouls occur low, there should be better shots available. Remeber that Eide and Waytashek were struggling in that mid 50 score. The Jags came ready to play and smashed the Jacks in the teeth that day. I would wager a popcorn that the score of the Jacks is closer to 70 than the 56 last game.

Ok then, the over/under for the Jacks has been set right here at 63. That seems about right for this game. Where do you put your money?

I'll take the over. The Jags have given up 64+ in conference games 4 times and the Jacks have only been held to 63 or less (in conf. games) three times. My prediction for tonight is 65 SDSU points.

Jacks win @ IUPUI, they sew up the #1 seed, and a (God forbid needing to use) WNIT slot. As the only Summit team to beat the Jacks, really should make our statement to the #2 team in the Summit.

Statement should be made today. Need to put doubt in IUPUI's mind (or at least have them wonder how they even beat us earlier) heading into the tournament.

I'll say over, just going by what AJ'S teams have done in the past, that's come on strong the last few games of the reg season,he'll have them fine tuned and playing like they want to go back to the NCAA Tournament.I predict both Eide and Waytashek have a good game,if they play well, everyone else seems to too.

Ashley, Katie, and Leah will also bring more edge to these last games as seniors. The tradition that these women know is what happens the rest of the season for the seniors to be successful. There is no thoughts of WNIT. It is getting back into the NCAA tournament. The Jaguars will need a much better game today than they brought to Brookings.

The home crowd for the Jaguars tonight will be dismal if the rest of the season is an indicator. They are in second place for the league and they will be lucky to get 350. That is probably letting half of the people in free and charging the other half $5. It is commuter school in a big town and the Jungle holds 1200+ fans when full. SDSU and Frost is a good place to have for a home venue.

I saw info about there are 5 schools who's WBB team drew more fans than the rest of the conference mates totalled at their venues. SDSU (in Brookings) is one of those 5.

Should have taken the under...... Jacks trail 18-11 with 8:00. We must match up really poorly with this team. Clunker of a game.

A team that can't hit FG's should be a good thing, unless you keep sending them to the line......not too sharp so far this game.Sounds like the refs are allowing rough play again, have to fight back, regardless
