Waytashek earns her second Player of the Week award this season after leading South Dakota State to a pair of league wins last week. On Saturday at Fort Wayne, the sophomore forward hit the game-winner with one second remaining to give the Jackrabbits a 66-64 victory. She scored a career-high 30 points, behind a career-high six three-pointers, and grabbed 11 rebounds in the win. ...

It is great to see her emerging as a star after what she has gone through the last couple of years. The fact that her career at SDSU is a long way from over is good news for SDSU basketball.
