Taylor Trohkimoinen,soph,6 foot PG,Newell HS.Her team lost by 2 pts to Summit, otherwise, they were undefeated.Shoots a high % in both FG's and 3pts,good height for a PG.The game i looked at,she had 3 TO's,but that's offset by 4 steals (she must have quick hands)There's not much buzz about her yet , that i know of,wondering if anyone knows about her game, her stat's seemed to jump out at me.

Well, she has a great finnish last name so she has my support. I think she is pretty accomplished as a trackster as well. I remember, recognize that last name.

Yep. Definitely has the unusual last name thing going for her, like so many previous SDSU players.......

Should come up with a starting lineup of best player/most unusual last name. Jenn Warkenthien would have to be on that list in the power forward spot.

We must be masochist. National sportscasters are already confused with South Dakota/San Diego State, now we want to continue to throw curveballs at them with unusual Scandinavian and German names.

You saw that too? During the Colorado/San Diego baseball game, the announcer said someone was wearing a "South Dakota" cap, when it was San Diego. I was surprised!

They don't need curveballs to be confused - they already swing and miss when they get softballs lobbed up to them.
