If any of you were at the women's basketball game on Monday night, a good friend of mine had a table set up at the top of the stairs for a scholarship drive in memory of a Jackrabbit fan, Kevin Rodgers, who lost his life in a vehicle/bicycle accident in Sioux Falls back in August.

Matt James, the organizer of the memorial, will be riding his bike in the 83 mile Tour de Kota in June in Kevin's memory. In coordination with this, The University Bookstore has agreed to donate all proceeds from sales of Jackrabbit cycling jerseys sold between now and June 10th to this memorial.
The goal of the fundraiser is to raise $25,000 to create a perpetual scholarship for the women's basketball team in Kevin's honor.
