    Soon to be 1-1 against the Jacks. I honestly think we win this one. Anybody heard anything about video or television for the game?

      I doubt any place in Pierre would have it. The only bars I could even remotely think of that would have it is the Longbrach, Jake's or maybe Pub 34

        KGFX radio, 1060 AM, in Pierre is broadcasting the game. Don't know if you'll be able to get it on the internet at www.dakotaradiogroup.com or not.
        When you put on that jersey, the name on the front is more important than the name on the back.

          Playing out in front (scoring wise)of Purdue will help a lot.They get more tenative and hesitant when playing from behind.It makes it harder to get any cohesion going for them.Hope we get off to a good start.Go Jacks!

              IMO, if the Jacks win it will be in a close contest. If Purdue wins it will be by 10+. If SDSU keeps the game close I believe that Purdue would feel the pressure, but if the Boilermakers get out to a big lead, it will be had for the team to come back in a hostile enviroment like that.

              Here is to hoping that I am wrong and the Jacks pull out a 10+ win. The stress isn't good on my heart this early in the season for them to play a ton of close games. Let me work myself up to it!

                They will be showing it @ jakes if we get a video feed.. which it looks like we now have... go joint the party if your in the pierre area

                      Purdue has wins over Toledo and Austin Peay and the Jacks have wins over Utah Valley and Hampton. Nothing to be gained from either of those as to who has an edge tonight.

                      They compare the stats for both teams and overall they are very close.

                      The Jacks shoot a higher percentage from the line and hold their opponents to 10% lower FG percentage than Purdue. The Jacks are committing 6 more turnovers per game.

                      Purdue averages a few more steals and blocks per game.

                      To me all the stats wash out to a pretty equal matchup with home court going to Purdue. Should be a great game! I'm looking for our ladies from little old South Dakota to physically take it to Purdue. Like others, I have a good feeling.

                          Their coach said they want to force our women to do things they arn't comfortable doing... my question to her would be? what's that.. our post play of late has been excellent... no doubt. and whille we haven't lit it up from outside this year... history would show that it's bound to happen...

                          Do you homework coach... our Women play a complete game.. they arn't uncomfortable with anything... cept for maybe that priius you drive..

                            I wonder if they are planning on running a full court press? That is the only thing I can think of that would make the women a little uncomfortable.
