The Jacks return home tonight to host their own Jackrabbit Invitational opening against the North Texas Mean Green at 7:30. Show up make some noise and pack Frost for an exciting weekend of volleyball action.

A quick little comparasion between the SDSU team which is 7-3 and the Bison team which is 6-2. We haven't played a team with a RPI lower than 200, NDSU hasn't played a team with a RPI higher than 200. We shall see what the difference between the two teams is next weekend when the Bison come to Brookings on Sunday.
Jacks come into Day 2 with a fairly tough Montana team with a 3-5 record in the afternoon game and a Long Island team that is 4-4 for the night cap, which should be the best game of the tourney.

Jacks won 3-1 (32-30, 30-25, 27-30 and 30-24) against long island.

Melia Iwamoto and Emily Rooney were named to the Tournament team. Tourney MVP was Amy Anderson. Jacks are now 9-3 on the year and open conference season next weekend against IPFW Saturday night and NDSU Sunday night.
