I say fire Nagy and AJ, keep both basketball programs though.

Unless we win the Summit league championship tourney and sign Shaunteva Ashley then they can both stay for one more year.

If we aren't going to do that we ought to add a clause to their contract that says they need to discuss recruits, game plans, and coaching philosophy with alums including those who frequent fan boards. With a priority on those who frequent fan boards.

Jackmd, I think you are either on something or on to something! That is a funny post. Have to agree with Propar80, things have been goofy on here lately.

Let's take things on step further. Maybe we could have a member of the board be an Assistant Coach for the Game since we are short one anyway. Naturally that person would be responsible for the starting lineup and the substition patterns. Then we could finally see who's ideas work out the best.

It must be that we are faced with SDSU sports withdrawal after next week and everyone is all out of whack.

We are not short an assistant. We filled that last position last off season. Teams are only allowed 3 full time assistants after the head coach.

Perhaps we could use the "coach by committee" to help boost attendance. Instead of the "Jacks Trivia" feature, they could post the men's roster on the big screen. Then all those in attendance at the women's game could vote, by text, on the five they want to start.

Then during the men's game, they can send in text messages when they want to sub guys in. If a player gets enough votes, he gets to come in.

I think that this would be a great revenue generating opportunity.
