Next up for the Jackrabbits are the Bengals of Idaho State.  ISU is a member of the Big Sky, and the Bengals beat NDSU in Pocatello and lost to them in Fargo.  ISU coach has announced is resignation effective the end of the season.  They just broke a 7 game losing streak with a win over Portland State last Saturday.  Here is a link to ISU's Men's Basketball site.

One more time, I gotta say . . .

This is a game the Jacks can win.

ISU's RPI is 210. SDSU's is 232.

Turnovers minimized, good defense, get Cadwell free.

SDSU can win this game.

The Jacks need to work hard to turn that "can" into a "should".

There is no question that the game is winable. You hope this full week of practice has given the coaching staff and team opportunities to make corrections, adjustments and new strategy that will work.

SDSU can certainly beat Idaho State.

From what I saw of them, they have one player that is unbelievable. That Slim Johnson or whatever his name is. He's almost an unstoppable force inside cuz he's so quick and has huge hops.

But other then him they don't really play a team oriented game. Alot of freewheeling on offense, out of control players that are trying to do things they shouldn't be doing.

If the SDSU team that comes to play will win. If the SDSU team that comes in not mentally ready, probably will not.

That's just my impression of SDSU. 2 different teams, and you really don't know which one will show up.

We are the underdog as we enter this game tonight. Hopefully Idaho St. underestimates a team that has, at times, underachieved this year. We need to shoot well, make FTs and keep them under 45% from the field.

Can't afford another 1st half like the one at UCF.

11 players on the Idaho St roster are either JuCo transfers or D1 transfers.
Only 5 of their players were signed out of high school.

Idaho State's #3 and #5 scorers have combined for 49 points. Our ability to defend the three remains pathetic. One guy is 6-9 from 3 point range.
